Advanced Massage & Bodywork

Tracy Armstrong LMT TN License #7442

I am a Knoxville native with a BSW in Social Work from UT Chattanooga and worked as a geriatric social worker for 14 years prior to beginning a career as a Massage Therapist. When I decided to make a career change, I looked to a career that allowed me to help others as I had once been helped by a very special massage therapist.

For years I suffered with migraine headaches and was given multiple explanations from multiple doctors & specialists accompanied by various medications, with little to no relief. A friend told me about a massage therapist she knew who she believed could help me. My friend was right. Barely out of college and struggling in an entry level job to make ends meet, I soon learned that massage therapy treatment was necessary for my health and well-being. I began weekly appointments, my symptoms began to subside, and my headaches became virtually non existent. I made a commitment to follow through with treatment and I continue to schedule regular massages for my own physical and psychological well-being and pain management.

I am a Tennessee State Licensed Massage Therapist(Lic. #7442) practicing in West Knoxville, TN. I share an entrance with Ingleby Chiropractic at 10841 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN  37934
